Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

return & exchange policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns will only be accepted if there is a issue in the following:

  1. Damaged Product (Photo proof required)

  2. Size Issue

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a return.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via Whatsapp with your order details

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address

  3. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
